Aasra Foundation is a registered voluntary organisation dedicated to improving the lives of vulnerable and marginalised communities. The organisation works with women, children, youth, farmers, workers and elderly persons through programmes that promote education, health, livelihoods, community participation and social development.

Our Approach
Our work is based on community participation. We engage directly with villages, self-help groups, youth, farmers and local institutions to identify needs and implement practical solutions. The focus remains on creating sustainable opportunities through skills, knowledge and local leadership.
Coverage Area
Aasra Foundation has a mandate to work across Chhattisgarh and currently implements programmes in several districts including Mahasamund, Mungeli, Bemetara, Bilaspur, Baloda Bazar and Surguja.
